In the event of water surpassing its overflow level, the Smartwaste promptly opens up to its full capacity and efficiently discharges up to 27 litres per minute, drastically reducing the risk of flooding even when the taps are accidentally left running. The waste then reduces the discharge rate and stops altogether once the water level returns to normal. Smartwaste is user-friendly, easily installed, and requires minimal maintenance. Slotted Vs Unslotted Wastes:

• Slotted Wastes - Used for baths with an integrated overflow, slotted wastes have a small opening on one side to allow water to drain from the overflow into the waste. If your bath has an integrated overflow, you need a slotted waste
• Unslotted Wastes - Used for baths without an integrated overflow, unslotted wastes have no additional openings, ensuring a tight seal to drain your bath. If your bath has no integrated overflow, you need an unslotted waste
